Ketel One ‘Garnished with Good’ on ClaREnce Street 

One bar's trash is another bar's treasure. 

For the first time, Matt Whiley will be taking the Ketel One ‘Never Wasted’ concept from his award winning venue RE and into Sydney's CBD. Four bars on Clarence Street - The Barbershop, PS40, Old Mate's Place and The Lobo - have been hand picked to participate in this circular economy of bars utilizing each other's waste to feature a Ketel One Never Wasted cocktail.

ABOUT

PS40 is a unique cocktail bar concept that combines experience, flavour and service for guests to enjoy.   The 10-drink cocktail list changes regularly. Think the Batanga, a mix of wattle cola, green coffee bean-infused tequila, lime and smoked salt. The bar's taps pour PS Soda's core range – wattle cola; bush tonic; smoked lemonade; and blackstrap ginger – plus a seasonal flavour. The sodas also come with suggested serves, such as a really good Cuba Libre or a Dark and Stormy.
