Peter Gilmore’s three-hatted fine dining restaurant Quay partners with luxurious Johnnie Walker Blue Label to unveil Sydney's best new Whisky Bar at the prestigious restaurant. The Supper Club will serve signature whisky beverages and light plates designed by Gilmore and premium whisky cocktails curated by the world's most awarded bartender, Ryan Chetiyawardana, whose London venue Lyaness was recently awarded Best Bar in the World.

$170pp for three plates and three paired cocktails.
