For one night only, The Singleton and Shell House will be Opening House, welcoming acclaimed chef Danielle Alvarez who has curated a line-up of extraordinary chefs for a culinary journey of seasonal, produce first food, cooked with heart.
 
Joining Danielle in the kitchen will be Trisha Greentree (Fratelli Paradiso + 10 William Street), Analiese Gregory (Franklin, Quay), Jemma Whiteman (Ante, Pinbone) and Shell House’s own Rosa Scatigna. The collective will deliver a five-course menu that reframes luxury through the lens of simple, honest food accompanied by exceptional Singleton cocktails at Shell House’s elegant Dining Room and Terrace.

Lorena Vásquez is the powerhouse and talented master blender of Ron Zacapa rum. She fearlessly heads up the notable Ron Zacapa distillery located “Above the Clouds'' in Guatemala, and for one night only, will host an equally formidable masterclass from high above Sydney in Shell House’s Sky Bar.
