Massimo Zitti

Massimo (aka Massi) is a passionate hospitality enthusiast that has been tending bars since the early age of 15. Traveling through different countries, Massi opened his very own bar in Toronto called Mother Cocktail Bar, a bar very dedicated to fermentation, sustainability, and great customer service with a simple goal of elevating the Canadian cocktail scene. After competing 5 times (In two different countries) at Diageo World Class Bartender of Year, he captured the 2022 title .
